Trovance Ventures Private Limited is run by two executive directors. Article III of the Charter — operator discipline — applies to Trovance itself first: the people below build and run the companies, they do not supervise them from a distance.
Chandrasekhar brings 35 years of experience building and scaling technology organizations, products and enterprise transformation programs across global markets. He has led cross-functional teams of 400+ professionals across India, the US, Peru, the UK and Canada, and has partnered directly with C-suite and board-level stakeholders to shape strategy, drive organizational change and build lasting culture.
As Delivery Head at Verizon (2003–2018), he owned end-to-end IT delivery leadership and led a major enterprise-wide re-engineering initiative that transformed core business processes — reporting directly to the CIO and executive team. At Infosys, he was accountable for the full IT delivery portfolio of a 1,000+ member organization spanning India, the US, Peru, the UK and Canada. Earlier, as Product Manager for Business Development at Kumaran Systems, he led a 75-engineer team through the full product lifecycle, from pre-sales through post-sales delivery. Most recently he served as a Technology Consultant with NISG on a Government of India initiative to bring instant credit access to small and medium enterprises.
Chandrasekhar holds a Master’s in Business Administration (HR) and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from the University of Delhi.
Authorised signatory Trovance Ventures Private Limited (CIN U62010TN2026PTC196521) executes contracts and binding commitments — for Trovance Ventures and for what it builds — through Chandrasekhar G. If you are asked to accept a Trovance Ventures or Consent Tree document signed by anyone else, please treat it as unauthorised and confirm with us before relying on it. The company’s particulars can be checked against the CIN above on the MCA register — you do not have to take our word for it.
Tarun leads creative and brand across the group — the visual identity, design language and storytelling that carry each product’s message to founders, compliance teams, partners and investors. His work shapes how a trust-infrastructure business looks and reads everywhere it shows up: the corporate properties, the product consoles, and every piece of marketing creative in between.
Trovance builds one product today and intends to build more. Keeping each brand distinct while the group reads as one house — Consent Tree in porcelain and emerald, Trovance in vault ink and brass — is his remit.
Both directors above are executive directors of Trovance Ventures Private Limited. Being a director and being the company’s authorised signatory are different things: authority to execute contracts rests with Chandrasekhar G., as stated on his profile.
The board charter, code of conduct and related-party policy that will govern how this board operates are listed on the Governance page. They are marked Planned there because they are not written yet — that page says what exists and what does not.
